Château Grand Blaquière

On the foothills of the Larzac

Château Grand Blaquière

Located in Saint-Jean-de-la-Blaquière, the vineyard of Château Grand Blaquière is undergoing organic conversion. At an altitude of 300 meters, it benefits from an ideal orientation at the foot of the Larzac plateau. The draining power and the poverty of soils such as schist and red ochres act as natural regulators on the balance of the vines. Cool temperatures prevail in this terroir, providing the wines with fruitiness, freshness, and beautiful minerality.

What a delight, this terroir clinging to the foothills of the Terrasses-du-Larzac where vineyards and olive trees coexist.

There are also four gîtes, currently being renovated, right in the heart of the village and a stone’s throw from Lac du Salagou.
