It is on the clay-limestone hillsides of Saint-Drézéry that Domaine de Valinière expresses its enormous potential around the Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre grape varieties for exceptional wines. It benefits from a Mediterranean climate surrounded by scrubland and oak trees. Thanks to low natural yields, this exceptional terroir enables us to produce highly concentrated, forward-looking AOP Saint-Drézéry wines. We use Italian winemaking methods such as Appassimento, Double-ripasse and Granmarone, with 120 days of maceration in immersed marc, with extraordinary results on this terroir.
